🚀 Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Early Careers & Emerging Talent | Bristol | Hybrid
For our international client, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support Early Careers and Emerging Talent recruitment programmes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Working closely with Recruitment Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates, you will play a key role in ensuring recruitment campaigns run smoothly from attraction through to offer stage.
You will be responsible for coordinating multiple recruitment activities, supporting assessment and selection processes, and providing high-quality administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Support Recruitment Business Partners with end-to-end recruitment coordination and administration activities
• Create and manage vacancies through VMS and ATS platforms
• Update, publish, and maintain job advertisements across internal and external channels
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns, assessment centres, and selection activities in line with hiring plans
• Schedule interviews, virtual assessment centres, and Microsoft Teams meetings
• Liaise with Hiring Managers, assessors, and stakeholders to coordinate availability and recruitment activities
• Support video interview processes, including candidate communications, invitation management, and assessment tracking
• Manage recruitment inboxes and respond to candidate and stakeholder enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Produce recruitment reports, offer tracking, and recruitment data analysis using Microsoft Excel
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accuracy of candidate and recruitment data
• Support ad hoc recruitment projects and process improvement initiatives
👤 Candidate Profile
• Previous experience in a Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruitment Administrator, HR Coordinator, or similar role
• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes within a fast-paced environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently using sound judgement
• Positive, professional, and resilient approach to work
• Strong commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity while managing competing priorities

• Experience supporting Early Careers, Graduate, Apprenticeship, or Emerging Talent recruitment programmes
• Experience coordinating assessment centres and volume recruitment campaigns
• Experience working with ATS and VMS systems
• Experience within large corporate, RPO, or shared service recruitment environments
• Previous exposure to recruitment reporting and recruitment analytics
